Peach Bourbon Bellini Popsicle
Cool off with some bourbon and bubbly.
- 4 peaches
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 2 oz. bourbon
- 3 oz. Riondo Prosecco
Slice peaches. Grill them for deeper flavor! Puree peaches in a blender. Add lemon juice, honey, bourbon, and Riondo Prosecco. Blend. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
Serve popsicle in a glass of Riondo Prosecco, if desired.
