Production Method:Gentle pressing of the grapes followed by must clarification. After fermentation at a controlled temperature (14-16°C), the wine undergoes a brief aging in stainless steel to emphasize and preserve the natural freshness of the grapes. At the end of the aging process, cold de-alcoholization begins using an innovative membrane technology that gently removes alcohol while preserving the original aromas and flavors of the wine.
